Who processes your data

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer your request and move your cargo.

• Form data: name, company, email, phone and the message you write.
• Calculator inputs: routing, weight, volume, dimensions and cargo properties.
• Files you attach — stored outside the public directory and accessible only to the responsible team.
• Technical data: a hashed IP address and user agent, used solely for abuse detection and rate limiting.

What we do not store

We do not store full IP addresses in clear text, never log the contents of uploaded documents, and never pass your data to advertising networks.

Legal bases

Quotation and shipment requests are processed to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering one. The newsletter relies on consent, withdrawable in one click. Security logs rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Retention

Requests and supporting documents are retained for as long as the shipment and the subsequent tax and customs obligations require. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 90 days. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with carriers, port agents and customs brokers strictly to the extent needed for the specific shipment, and with our CRM and email providers. Every processor operates under a written agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have data erased where no legal obligation to keep it applies;
• restrict processing and object to it;
• data portability;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

The site sets a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice. Analytics is enabled only when explicitly configured and runs without personal identifiers.
