Freight
Consolidated and charter air freight in 2–6 days, including temperature-sensitive and high-value cargo.
Air freight makes sense when the cost of downtime exceeds the freight differential. We start not with the tariff but with the question of what a day of delay costs you. If the maths does not work, we recommend sea or rail instead.
Air rates apply to the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight, calculated as volume in cm³ divided by 6,000. Packing density therefore drives the rate directly, and we verify it before booking.
Correct build-up reduces air freight more often than rate negotiation does.
Direct agreements with the cargo desks of seven airlines
Priority booking on Shanghai, Istanbul and Frankfurt departures
Envirotainer units and thermal covers for pharma
Customs clearance at the destination airport on the arrival day
We check dimensions, hazard class and space on the nearest flight.
Labelling, ULD build-up and AWB issuance.
We monitor hub transfers and update the status after each segment.
Customs clearance and final delivery by courier or road leg.
The rate applies to the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight, calculated as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000. A piece of 120 × 80 × 100 cm weighing 90 kg has a volumetric weight of 160 kg, and that is what you are billed for.
