These terms govern the use of the GLIDEX website. By using the site you accept them. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the site.
Every figure produced by the calculator is indicative and does not constitute a public offer. It is derived from published tariff coefficients and excludes equipment availability, local charges, seasonal surcharges and currency movement. The final rate is fixed in a written offer from a manager.
Shipment statuses are updated from carrier, terminal and in-house dispatch data. The estimated time of arrival is a forecast and may change due to circumstances beyond our control: weather, border queues, customs inspection or a liner schedule change.
By submitting a form you confirm that you are entitled to share the data provided and that it is accurate. Submitting malicious code, automated bulk requests or material that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.
Liability for carriage is governed by the transport contract and the applicable conventions (CMR, Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention). Site content is informational and creates no obligation regarding a specific shipment before a contract is signed.
The texts, graphics, route schematics and source code of this site belong to Glidex Logistics Group B.V.. Use without written permission is prohibited, except for quotation with attribution.
