Yes, provided the paperwork is right. Batteries installed in equipment (UN 3481) are accepted under Section II with a capacity limit. Standalone batteries (UN 3480) need separate airline approval. A UN 38.3 test report and a safety data sheet are mandatory. We verify the file before booking, because a refusal at the airport means the cargo returns to the shipper at their expense.
